I have been using this product for about a month and it seems to be working good . I noticed a difference in my skin ,nails as well as my bones . I do not feel as achy as I used to. . Although there is no flavor it does have a little taste of vanilla to me . It mixes well with cold water or your choice of cold drink. I recommend this product and plan on a continuous purchase .
